Baaz Bites Head Chef Nancy has over thirty years of experience preparing Persian food. All her recipes are ones that she learned from her mother. While Baaz Bites may be presenting classics in a more modern way, all tastes and flavors are time-tested and authentic Persian recipes. Her mother wouldn't let her get into business if it were any other way.
